Obwohl Ich Deutsch lesen/verstehen kann, leider kann ich kein gut Deutsch schreiben.To be on the safer side, I switch to English :) Sorry that I have to do this on a Deutsche Forum.

Big thanks to FSauerland for the new V7.0 Paket. I have been using FSauerland Paket for a while now. Since it missed some POIs I needed, I used to always update the Paket myself with new POIs. I am doing that for the V7.0 packet too. As part of this, I made some new icons for the different brands. Unlike FSauerland Paket, the icons are borderless (like the VW Icon) and also has Iphone/Ipad like gloss. Since there are no borders, the space could be utilized to make the icons slighly bigger and more readable. However, the final size is still 34x39. Also I created separate shadow icons for each of them (as by default the Map comes with only round and square shadows). I am attaching a preview of the icons here. Incase, you like it I will upload my Paket soon.

Very nice! You created very good looking icons here. I'd love to use them. I'm also interested in how you created them, since I need to create some more icons for even more missing POIs.

I made it with Pixelmator on Mac. It is not an icon creation tool, but more like Photoshop. If you need icons for something specific just send me the list. I could make the icons for you.

I plan to release it by end of the week.

I'm very thankful, if you could release this poi package. Very important for me, were the do-it-yourself stores, car component shops and also stores like mediamarkt, saturn etc. Even typical men stores, which have to do with technics and physics :D

Ich bin fast Fertig mit die Paket. Es hat alle POIs wie in Preview (plus ein Paar mehr). Momentan bin ich Unterwegs with Geschäfts Auto (ohne RNS510). Ich will am Freitag testen und am Wochenende eine Release machen.

Ich habe auch die folgende hinzufügt.

* Camping (Europe)
* Norma
* Sixt
* Tankstellen - Freie
* Parkplätze - Freie

If anyone needs some more POIs than in the Preview pls let me know. I will try to add them.

I would be really greatful if anyone of you is willing to do some "beta" tests for me :) Please let me know. I will send the download link as PM.

Ok, so I'd like to have icons for: "Rossman Drogerie" (the red centaur) and maybe one for "Abstand-Blitzer". Thanks a lot. Looking forward to the release.

Added Rossmann now.
Abstand-Blitzer is already there. It is the first Icon in preview with double arrow. I will probably change it a bit with an additional Blitzer icon (like the AmpelBlitzer).

Looking forward for some testers. Don't want to release it without some proper testing.

Unfortunately, my POIs are mainly for Deutschland. It is organized like this:

Blitzer - West Europa (source: http://www.scdb.info/, Stand KW49/2010)
Camping - Europa (source: http://www.archiescampings.eu/)
All others - Deutschland

However, I made the icons for you. Hope you like it.





If you need help integrating shadows, please let me know. Without new shadows, the borderless icons will look ugly in 2D mode in RNS510.

Wowww,....das nenne ich doch mal schöne Icons :) super Arbeit.

Bin ich blind oder gibt es noch keinen Download?

Ich währe mal bereit eine kleine Seite einzurichten, eine Art Iconsammelstelle, so das man einen Überblick hat was es gibt.
Und nur das icon downloaden muss was man braucht ;)

Ich bin auch eine kleine Software am schreiben mit der man *.asc erstellen kann genau so sind wie der Poi Inspector haben will.
Sie wandelt dann die Umlaute automatisch um und passt auf das die Beschreibung nicht über 35 Zeichen lang ist und noch einige Sachen mehr.

Du bist nicht blind, aber scheinbar hast Du nicht alles gelesen...

Leider sind die Ikons noch nicht online, sollen aber wohl bald kommen.

So eine Sammelstelle für die Ikons währe aber wirklich hifreich. Ich bastel mir da immer etwas zurecht, weil ich im Netz nichts passendes gefunden babe. Außerdem kann es schnell zu Urheberrechtverletzungen kommen, wen man Ikons durchi Google gefunden hatt und diese verwendet.
Also, noch weiter fummeln.
