Our partnerships team builds and manages a global partner ecosystem, which includes device manufacturers, network providers, developers, and retailers. We collaborate across teams to develop product, commercial, and strategic partnerships that help Dropbox and its partners grow.

The Channel Partnerships team focuses on working with partners including Value Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers, and OEMs to deliver Dropbox for Business to their customers globally. It’s one of the fastest growing teams with Dropbox, and we’re looking for motivated self-starters who want to have immediate impact.

As a Partner Account Manager you will manage partner relationships, including marketing development, P&L ownership, and sales processes. You will be the partner’s key point of contact interfacing with teams across the Dropbox organization in order to ensure the success of Dropbox and our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key stakeholders to build relationships and credibility within partner organizations, and help them realize the full potential of Dropbox for Business
  • Source, structure, negotiate, and execute distribution partnerships with long-term mutual alignment
  • Drive business planning and goal setting processes with partners and work with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Design, Marketing, Product, etc.) to achieve those business objectives
  • Train and collaborate with reseller sales teams to bring the best Dropbox experience to their customers
  • Design marketing and incentive programs to achieve business results

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in sales or channel partnerships (SaaS background preferred)
  • Exceptional track record of driving revenue either directly or through partnerships
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong propensity to take initiative; thrive on change and ambiguity
  • A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
