Senior Producer

Dropbox is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sr. Producer with a proven track record in understanding the creative process, and managing production of online creative deliverables.

The candidate will be a key player in all phases of creative production and strategy development for a variety of internal projects; including asset gathering, creative reviews, production, final delivery, and archiving. At times, the Sr. Producer will be asked to represent the creative team in both written communications, and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • The Sr. Producer will be responsible for maintaining a master schedule and status with all open and pending projects. These documents should be updated weekly and provided to the team and the execs as a status guidepost.
  • Project Management Responsibilities: The candidate will drive the production of online and offline branded content (video) deliverables using both internal and external resources. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources on a per project basis. The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and approving quotes from external partners, processing the proper documentation for accounting and archiving all materials that were produced by the external partner.
  • Internal/External Service Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Timelines and project status should be communicated on a regular basis. Expectations should be managed carefully. The biggest challenge will be to help the clients meet their milestones in the spirit of collaboration, so that projects are completed on time and within the strategy.
  • Measuring Success: Success will be measured by quantitative and qualitative measures, including project management efficiency, timely delivery of all projects, client satisfaction, quality of deliverables, peer and client feedback, project issue resolution and quarterly goals set forth by you and your manager.

Requirements

  • 6 years experience in project management, or creative production (experience on an in-house team is strongly preferred)
  • Computer skills to include MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with wireframes, site flows, site architectures and the project management of web site development a plus.
  • Serve as production lead across multiple integrated online/offline deliverables including, but not limited to—email, standard and rich banner ads, websites, print ads, collateral, videos, tradeshows, event spaces and promotions, OOH and print.
  • Experience with video and photo shoots on location and in-studio.
  • Experience and familiarity with mobile app development a plus.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
