We’re looking for a seasoned Operations Lead to head up our HR operations for Dropboxers worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling the existing team and processes while establishing local People Ops support for new international locations. Partnering with People Ops and cross-functional groups, you'll drive operational efficiencies for People Ops in all locations and support business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep understanding of HR systems and technology, data analytics, and how to run an operations team on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale an excellent HR Ops team: manage People Ops support staff and develop a scalable People Ops support model for rapidly expanding international offices
  • Proactively identify and create operational efficiencies through centralized administration, intelligent outsourcing, and globalizing employee lifecycle processes
  • Promote and monitor People Ops operational excellence: document and educate teams on core employee lifecycle processes and define roles and responsibilities
  • Create and publish operational dashboards that illustrate Ops productivity and highlight org effectiveness improvement opportunities
  • Partner and build effective relationships throughout Dropbox. Use insights to guide business leader actions and strategies that result in high level employee engagement, commitment and performance
  • Act as a resource on all aspects of organizational effectiveness including Onboarding, Performance Management, Change Management, Rewards & Recognition, and Employee Relations
  • Lead all compliance related efforts--define key controls and ensure processes are defined and executed to support HR and cross-functional controls
  • Partner with Legal and Security to identify and mitigate compliance and information security risks

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR-related experience with a focus on HR Systems, Shared Services
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative org effectiveness solutions at scale
  • Effective influencer, communication, and interpersonal skills; great listener
  • Strong analytical capabilities; need to see the “big picture” and also dive into details
  • Deep knowledge of Workday
  • Understanding of how to build a HR shared service model
  • Personal commitment to the highest standards of work product, confidentiality and integrity
  • BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred
