Every Dropboxer plays a key role in helping us find and recruit amazing people, and our recruiting team leads this effort. It’s no easy task to identify and attract the top talent in the world, but when you have the support of the entire company, it’s incredibly fun and rewarding. Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple teams and team leads to create detailed job descriptions, select hiring panels, and define the feedback criteria.
  • Source candidates through both traditional means (e.g., online postings, on campus recruiting) and creative ones.
  • Review resumes and initial credentials of both passive and active candidates.
  • Create a positive full-cycle recruiting experience for all candidates. Every candidate - whether or not he or she becomes a Dropboxer - should become or remain a Dropbox advocate.
  • Own (create and execute) strategic initiatives to help Dropbox continuously improve its recruiting processes and system.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience required for recruiters, internal recruitment experience preferred
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to easily connect with all types of people
  • Passion for building and being a part of high performing teams
  • Native fluency in Japanese with minimum of business level fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Japanese work authorization
