Our recruiting team is responsible for finding our most valuable asset: our people. We find and hire the people who will shape our product and our company.

We’re looking for an excellent sourcer to join our recruiting team and lead the sourcing effort for EMEA. Sourcers identify, attract and assess qualified candidates. You will join a high performing team who is constantly looking to find new and exciting ways to attract the best talent in EMEA and help build the pipeline of future Dropboxers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs, the role requirements, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Team with Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
  • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find talent
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates
  • Take an active role in defining and iterating on job descriptions that you will be working on
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience required
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
  • Passionate about Dropbox and able to speak to our technology/industry
  • Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill reqs
  • Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Dropbox
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English
