Team Coordinator (Contract)

Team coordinators are responsible for a very important task—supporting our teams to help our office grow and become more efficient. A big part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be recruitment coordination, new hire on-boarding, and office management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters to help move candidates through the interview process
  • Help schedule interviews and meetings (phone screens, on sites, lunches, events, etc.)
  • Coordinate and execute new hire on-boarding and training programs
  • Provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless; make sure candidate gets a true picture of what life is like at Dropbox

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to easily connect with all types of people
  • Passion for building and being a part of high performing teams
  • Fluency in Japanese and business level fluency in English
  • Japanese work authorization
