Our recruiting team is responsible for finding our most valuable asset: our people. We find and hire the people who will shape our product and our company.

Recruiters are in charge of finding great candidates and helping them envision life at Dropbox. It is the recruiter's duty to create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple teams to hire the most awesome caliber engineers in the industry
  • Find and uncover passive candidates through both traditional means and creative sourcing channels
  • Review resumes, maintain job postings and appropriate candidate workflow through the recruiting pipeline
  • Create amazing end-to-end recruiting experiences for every candidate
  • Own (create and execute) strategic initiatives to help Dropbox continuously improve its recruiting processes and system

Requirements

  • Previous technical recruiting experience required in either a full-cycle or sourcing role
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to easily connect with all types of people
  • Passion for building and being a part of high performing teams
