Our online revenue operations team makes sure our users get the most value out of Dropbox. We're responsible for onboarding, educating, serving, and renewing our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a solid knowledge of the Dropbox product offerings
  • Communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical users
  • Effectively solve a set number of issues in a given timeframe
  • Communicate user reported issues internally and triage to the correct team
  • Provide a quality and friendly user experience, reflective of the Dropbox brand

Requirements

  • Native in German
  • Fluency in English is required
  • You have existing knowledge of Dropbox products
  • You can communicate complex technical information in user-friendly ways
  • You can complete set tasks in a timely and effective manner
  • Ideally, you have a BA or BS degree
  • You have 0–2 years of work experience, ideally in a customer service related role
