Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for business growth and market strategies in EMEA by developing and implementing complex performance analyses of Dropbox's scaled business
- Drive strategic focus for leadership team in EMEA by deriving insights from our data sets and building platforms that enable effective decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams across Online Revenue Ops, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, Sales, and Finance
- Establish the tools, automation, and processes needed to scale customer success through educating and engaging our users across multiple markets
- Underpin Dropbox's scaling, global strategy by identifying operational process improvement and automation opportunities
Requirements
- You use and love Dropbox
- You’ve solved complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches with positive business outcomes
- You've built tools or led efforts to build tools that radically improved existing processes
- You are experienced with SQL and have scripting skills
- You constantly strive for peak efficiency and work “smart”
- Your proven communication skills allow you to interact effectively cross-functionally and cross-geography with all stakeholders
- You have a BA or BS degree in an analytical subject and your academic record is outstanding
- You have at least 4-6 years of work experience
- Experience in statistics is a plus
