The Payroll Operations role will be responsible for assisting the Global Payroll Lead with processing payroll for both domestic and international employees. It will also provide an opportunity to help build out and implement processes to improve our payroll processing and support our growing employee base, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Global Payroll Lead on building global payroll processes to help support Dropbox’s expansion around the globe
- Ensure the timely completion of global payroll processing
- Work closely with the Finance and People Operations teams on various projects and process improvements
- Point of contact for employee inquiries and payroll onboarding
- Make it happen – if you find a way to make Dropbox better, go out there and do it
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a start-up tech environment
- CPP certification strongly preferred
- Experience owning the entire payroll process
- Solid understanding of employment taxes
- Execution focused and detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Top performer that is willing to dive into the details, and looking to gain experience and grow with Dropbox
- Sense of humor and ability to power through
