As Sales & Marketing FP&A support, you will work closely with the Accounting and Corporate Finance & Strategy teams to operate a best-in-class finance organization. The FP&A team is tasked with the global budgeting, tracking and management reporting functions at Dropbox. We are looking for someone with Sales & Marketing FP&A experience at a hyper growth tech company and/or leading public tech company. In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing FP&A lead, you’ll track weekly revenue performance, closely evaluate expense proposals, scrutinize procurement processes and drive expense/headcount efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support the global budgeting, financial tracking, executive reporting and approvals processes
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leads, product management and finance
- Support the implementation of Revenue FP&A systems
- Independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with a high level of precision
- Work closely with Corporate FP&A to drive company planning efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales & Marketing FP&A experience (both Topline and expenses) at a hyper growth tech company (preferably SAAS) highly preferred
- Knowledge of SAP BPC or comparable financial planning tool a requirement
- Advanced working skill set with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting policies and procedures
- Process-oriented with strong organization skills
