As the Finance Systems Lead, you will work cross-functionally with the Accounting, Strategic Finance teams to design, implement and support all systems around Dropbox’s financial operations and activities.
Responsibilities
- Influence the strategy and direction of Dropbox’s Finance Team by identifying high-impact problems and opportunities, and effectively communicating actionable data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain scalable systems and integrations that support Dropbox's financial infrastructure from transaction processing to analysis and reporting
- Help shape and drive the development of automating significant processes in Dropbox's financial systems
- Own and maintain data distribution and reporting to key business partners summarizing key metrics
- Lead finance systems team and related systems including order to cash, general ledger, procure to pay, and financial analysis
Requirements
- 10+ years leading financial systems teams in rapidly growing or changing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with business intelligence, information visualization, and manipulating large data sets
- Extreme attention to detail
- Team player, problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, creative
- Demonstrated success presenting complex data (qualitative and quantitative) in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
- Ability to act as a business partner and interpret the needs of management in developing reports and dashboards
