The Purchase to Pay Lead will help Dropbox implement, refine, and scale processes to ensure our Accounts Payable function is as efficient as possible.
Responsibilities
- Proactively ensure that Purchasing and Accounts Payable processes scale and evolve as Dropbox grows
- Drive innovation and process efficiency
- Own maintenance of data within Netsuite for purchase orders, vendor invoices and accounts and payments
- Work closely with the AP team to ensure the timely processing of all inbound invoice and purchase requests
- Supervise and review invoice processing and performance of Offshore AP team
- Support a robust corporate credit card and employee expense reporting processes
- Develop company wide training guides and plans on purchasing and accounts payable processes
- Support business partners and key stakeholders on purchasing and payables process
- Perform/ review reconciliations of Accounts Payable, AP Aging, T&E and prepare related journal entries for month end close
- Ensure the timely completion of 1099 and tax compliance projects
- Work closely with purchasing and accounting teams on various analyses and reporting optimization projects
- Work closely with financial systems teams and business partners on systems optimization projects for purchase orders, accounts payable and expense processes

Requirements
- 4-6 years’ experience in accounts payable and purchasing, experience at a startup company, or smarts and passion for the Finance and Accounting fields
- Experience with systems, Netsuite and Concur is a plus
- Top performer who is willing to dive into the details and who is looking to gain experience and grow with Dropbox
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, but also comfortable with ambiguity
- Execution-focused with the ability to take individual responsibility for delivering quality work in a timely manner
- Experience working in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of humor and ability to power through
