We’re looking for a conversion marketing manager to optimize the user experience for visitors to the Dropbox Basic, Pro and/or Dropbox for Business website properties and convert them to leads. The ideal candidate understands how to leverage SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, paid social, content syndication, email, and tests to generate users/leads. A/B testing, landing page development, and website redesigns will all play an important part in driving successful programs for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and monitor targeted A/B and multivariate tests to optimize site conversion and other key performance metrics; work with Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to implement winners on site
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, display, retargeting, content syndication and email to optimize around lead generation
  • Analyze analytics data to monitor website performance (e.g. customer experience, fall out points, customer demographics & trends, etc.) and discover underperforming areas of the website
  • Work closely with analytics to identify key metrics necessary to establish customer focused and results-oriented campaign strategies
  • Prioritize opportunities for improvement; generate data-driven hypotheses for alternate web page design approaches to improve metrics
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from test data

Requirements

  • Min 3+ years B2B and/or B2C experience in product marketing or demand generation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks
  • Core understanding of self-service sales
