France Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own French Marketing initiatives, working closely with the Senior Management team and covering Dropbox’s business and consumer products. The Marketing Manager will devise and implement a marketing strategy for France, as well as communicate our global expansion, product and company updates with journalists and other thought leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own all marketing initiatives across multiple customer segments in order to drive adoption of consumer and enterprise products in the French market.
  • Drive creative and strategic communications; own brand campaigns, relationships with analysts, and our key partners in the French market.
  • Create, drive and promote in country events, conferences and launches.
  • Localize sales materials, create specific local ones when needed (reference cases, sales presentations, and content for lead generation campaigns).
  • Educate users, partners, opinion leaders and internal teams about the benefits of Dropbox products and our company culture.
  • Build excellent working relationships with a cross-organizational group of players including engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to create compelling communications strategies.
  • Develop French specific print and web-based content for Dropbox as a product/company, tweak message to address French audience. Develop written materials, including messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&As, presentations and speeches.
  • Train and provide advice to company officials for press conferences, media interviews and trade presentations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years marketing experience within the tech industry in France (B2B and B2C).
  • Track record building a variety of successful marketing initiatives in the French market.
  • Experience talking with French (and international) press (messaging, conferences, meeting with press)
  • Experience working closely with product marketing, product, design, sales, and legal teams
  • Experience managing Social Media locally.
  • Must have crisp and clear communication skills and an abundance of creative energy.
  • Self starter, with a passion for building.
  • Strong analytical background.
  • Fluency in French and English and eligibility to work in the E.U.
