EMEA Sales Trainer

Our sales team shares Dropbox with businesses of all sizes around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We're a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

We are looking for someone amazing to run sales training for EMEA. As a key partner to EMEA sales leadership, you will support local account teams by designing and delivering trainings. You need to be results oriented and passionate about helping sales exceed rapidly growing targets.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the trainings needs of the sales team and develop training plan to help sales team to hit their goals
  • Build and deliver content at sales events and kickoffs
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and guidance on sales playbook, product, vision, and resources
  • Act as a coach in 1:1 certification sessions
  • Adapt style for various types of sales channels and seller levels
  • Create and manage local learning roadmap
  • Build and localize sales enablement materials (presentations, emails, phone scripts, etc.) for specific countries.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B sales training
  • Detailed knowledge of SaaS sales cycles
  • Experience in developing relevant and engaging curriculum
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring young talent
  • Demonstrated skills in adapting content by audience and country
  • Credibility, stature, and personal presence among experienced reps
  • Eligibility to work in the E.U.
