As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing exciting marketing initiatives for Dropbox in the Japanese market. Responsibilities

  • Develop Dropbox’s lead-generation marketing campaigns, events and content
  • Develop media pitches, generate media coverage and cultivate Dropbox relationships with media outlets
  • Partner with sales to build and manage effective campaigns and promotions to support pipeline goals
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, scalability, ROI and pipeline generation
  • Manage relationship with vendors, PR & marketing partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and execute communications strategies and product launches for consumer and enterprise markets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or high tech marketing with demonstrated track record
  • Self-starter with a passion for building and solving hard problems
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead management systems
  • Experience creating campaigns targeting industry verticals (media, technology, etc.)
  • Experience executing multiple types of campaign activities (events, email, webinar, etc.)
  • Experience working closely with product marketing, PR, design, sales, and legal teams
  • Experience planning and executing PR strategies and events such as media pitches, press events, and content development
  • Strong analytical background. Experienced in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Excel
  • Professional work fluency in both English and Japanese
  • Japanese work authorization
