Will my Dropbox for Business subscription renew automatically?
Your Dropbox for Business subscription will auto-renew each year. If you're an administrator for the account, we'll start giving you a heads-up 30 days before the renewal date.
To find out the renewal date and make any changes, go to the Account page in your admin console.
- You can update your billing information by going to your Account page and clicking on Change billing information. Learn more about this here.
- If you don't want to renew your subscription, click the Cancel renewal link, which will appear when your subscription is within 60 days of renewal. We'll ask you to give a little feedback and to confirm your decision.
