Why aren't my photos appearing on the Photos page?

If you don't see some of your photos on the Photos page at first, scroll down to the Missing dates section and click Show photos with missing dates.

A digital photo usually has various pieces of information embedded in it, including the date and time it was taken. Dropbox uses this information to arrange your photos in a timeline. If a photo's date is missing or incomplete, Dropbox will put it in the Missing dates section below the timeline.

Just like any other photo in your Dropbox, you can share photos with missing dates and add them to albums.

Still don't see some of your photos?

Please note that we filter out image files that are less than 15 KB or that are in .png format. These are usually icons or thumbnails, so we assume you don't want them cluttering up your Photos page.
