Where is my Dropbox folder?
Installing the Dropbox desktop application will create a Dropbox folder in your home folder, or the folder named after your computer login (the name you use to log in to the computer). The folder will have the Dropbox logo on it and will be named Dropbox.
For a shortcut to your Dropbox folder, click on the Dropbox icon in your system tray and select Dropbox Folder from the menu.
The Dropbox folder works a little like magic. Anything you put in this folder will sync to any of the computers, phones, and tablets where you've also installed the Dropbox application. Files in your Dropbox folder are also automatically synced online and available anywhere you need them from the Dropbox website. Files uploaded directly to the Dropbox website will also save directly to your Dropbox folder. Once they're in your Dropbox folder, you can use them just like you would anywhere else on your hard drive, even if you're offline.
Dropbox for Business users
If you've connected your personal and work Dropboxes, Dropbox will create two separate folders in your home folder. Your work folder will be labeled with the name of your team in parentheses, while your personal folder will have the label "Personal" in parentheses.
For a shortcut to either folder, click on the Dropbox icon in your menu bar or system tray. Click on the home icon to open your personal Dropbox folder, or click on the briefcase icon to open your work Dropbox folder.

To go straight to your Dropbox folder's default location from Windows Explorer, copy and paste the following line into the address bar.
If you've changed the location of your Dropbox folder, you can access your current location settings from the Dropbox desktop application preferences.

For example, if your company name is Pepo, you would specify either ~/Dropbox (Personal) to reach your personal Dropbox or ~/Dropbox (Pepo) to open your work Dropbox.
