Our sales team shares Dropbox with businesses of all sizes around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox for Business offers to teams at scale. We're a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

The SMB Sales & Operations team is cross-functional which is responsible for driving sales within the small and medium sized business accounts around the world. They interact with warm prospects who reach out to us regarding our business product and develop scaled approaches to get the right messages to the right person at the right time. There's an analytical component to evaluate experiments and provide feedback to our product and marketing teams as well.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMBs, communicating Dropbox’s value proposition from lead generation to close
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries
  • Develop deep understanding of the Dropbox solution as well as those of competitors
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce.com
  • Use your analytical training and strategic thinking to help improve existing processes and build a more efficient team
  • Generate strategies to help deliver substantial, sustainable and predictable revenue growth within our sales organization
  • Harness customer insights to provide feedback to engineering, product, and design teams

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, consulting, sales, operations, lead generation, and/or marketing (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills to build relationships across the company
  • Results driven while able to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients across a multitude of industries
  • Fearless attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a global sales engine
  • Fluency in both English and one or more of the following languages is a plus: Chinese, Japanese, Korean
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Australian work authorization
