Our sales team shares Dropbox with businesses of all sizes around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We're a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

We’re looking for university graduates who are passionate about sales, sales operations, and business development. If you’re excited about bringing Dropbox to millions of businesses around the world by building strong relationships with key executives at target companies and by creating efficient sales processes, we’d love to talk!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMBs, communicating Dropbox’s value proposition from lead generation to close
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries
  • Develop deep understanding of the Dropbox solution as well as those of competitors
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce.com
  • Use your analytical training and strategic thinking to help improve existing processes and build a more efficient team
  • Generate strategies to help deliver substantial, sustainable and predictable revenue growth within our sales organization
  • Harness customer insights to provide feedback to engineering, product, and design teams

Requirements

  • Internship or work experience in banking, consulting, sales, operations, lead generation, and/or marketing (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills to build relationships across the company
  • Results driven while able to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients across a multitude of industries
  • Fearless attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a global sales engine
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese
  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or graduating in 2015 or 2016)
  • Japanese work authorization
