As a Deployment Specialist of our Enterprise Sales team, you’ll play a huge role in delivering the value of Dropbox for Business to our customers. It’ll be your mission to work hand in hand with our customers' IT teams to ensure successful Dropbox deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers in Dropbox for Business rollouts. Working on technical implementation, user adoption and training during initial roll out.
  • Managing Dropbox for Business deployment projects, including planning, resource allocation and technical implementation.
  • Know every detail of Dropbox for Business (including our third-party integrations), and understand how enterprise solutions are managed and secured.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and account management teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering.
  • Outstanding communication skills with everyone from end users to C-level executives.
  • A deep understanding of computing systems and principles, particularly around the delivery of hosted services.
  • 3+ years of system administration or system deployment experience.
  • Experience working directly with customers. Ability to navigate complex organisations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of enterprise software or SaaS experience, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS, Linux and Microsoft Windows up to system administrator level.
  • Experience in networking (DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, SSL, TLS).
  • A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Identity management systems and concepts (SSO, SAML, LDAP).
  • Project management experience.
  • Travel as required.
